Delivery Information:

At Plastics For You we will endevour to dispatch your parcel as soon as possible, although in busy periods or around Bank holidays there may be a slight delay. If you require a parcel for a particular event or show we recommend selecting our Fast Delivery option to ensure a faster dispatch and upgraded courier service.

We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force services. The courier used is at our discretion based on parcel weight, value and customer selected service.

If no one is available to accept your parcel at the time of delivery our couriers will leave a calling card and may attempt delivery to a neighbour or to your local post office. Your calling card will have instructions on how to collect your parcel or how to rearrange delivery.

Standard delivery will take approximately 3-5 working days, although this is an aim. During busy periods or due to incorrect routing by our couriers, delivery can exceed our aim so please take this into consideration when selecting a delivery option.

Fast delivery on orders dispatched using the same day service should be delivered on the next working day, although we ask customers to allow 2 working days for delivery to accommodate unforseen circumstances.

In the event that an order becomes delayed we aim to contact our customers where possible, therefore please leave a phone number on checkout.

Items missing or Damage Information:

If you receive a parcel with items missing or damage to its contents please notify us within 24hr of receiving your parcel so that we can notify our couriers and make a claim for your lost or damaged items. We require a photograph of any damage so that we can forward this to our courier as proof for claims made. Once received we can issue replacements. We cannot accept any damage claims after 24hr due to our couriers Terms and Conditions.
